服務：外套掛在房間裡，睡了一覺就不見了，去找前台也沒用，就説因為是混宿，房間裡的東西丟了是房客自己的責任，雖然房間是要刷門卡才能進的，但是還是丟了，而且根本找不到，前台説他們也沒法報警，不要覺得外套裡沒東西就沒人拿，還是都放到locker裡或者在能看到的地方設施：床位的插頭🔌和掛鈎都在靠外邊那頭，每個床位都有一個換氣的，也可能是空調，聲音挺大的，在裡面那頭洗澡水至少放3min不間斷，水才開始變熱，是那種按一下開一會的水流，也就是要一直按著放東西的locker不算大，箱子肯定放不進去，而且木頭的味道很重，每次打開都要屏住呼吸，而且裡面雖然不臟，但也不是很乾凈樓梯很窄，好像是沒有電梯，上樓還好，下樓要注意，感覺跟爬風車的樓梯一樣窄環境：位置還不錯，離中央車站走路十幾分鍾，門口就有metro站和tram，不過晚上那邊喝醉酒的大喊大叫的也挺多的，還是要注意安全衞生：房間裡的垃圾清理挺及時的，但是我那個床位的四周有一些不明物體，像是黏的鼻涕什麼的

Its a small hostel with limited room facilities, tiny toilet, broken lift, and horrible shower. Room isn’t really clean, there are couple of students also live there and said they haven’t clean since they move there like 3 days earlier before me. So in total 5 days weren’t be cleaned. Staff is nice tho and central, close to station, 9 minutes walk. Basically rotterdam is a walkable city . I got room with view to the main street which beautiful but very loud.

為了趕早上4:50去布魯塞爾機場的Flixbus定的central附近的這間青旅，貌似是新開的不久，入住的人不多。從鹿特丹central出來就一直朝前走，大約走15-20分鐘的路程，附近是中國城可以吃飯。女生宿舍在3樓，有四床的（帶窗戶），兩床的（不帶窗戶），房間除了上下床基本就沒什麼空間了。床頭都有充電插頭。一層樓有兩個共用洗手間+兩個共用浴室。就是樓梯太高太長了，有行李箱的話就很困難。

青旅就在市中心，步行去中央市場、鉛筆屋、方塊屋都很方便，離購物中心也很近。前台服務人員態度非常好，價格便宜，物有所值。

I left my luggage at the hotel, and when I came back around noon to pick it up, the door was locked. No one responded when I knocked, and there was no reply on WhatsApp either. Finally, a girl came out of the hotel and opened the door. I had to catch a train—what a terrible experience! Also, when I arrived, they charged me an extra €1.30 even though I had already paid through the Trip app. And to make things worse—they assigned a man to a my room that was clearly booked as a female dorm! Unbelievable!

前台服務不錯，酒店很新，剛開張幾個月，很乾凈，市中心。最大缺點是樓梯很陡，無電梯，如果有行李箱者，需要考慮考慮。

It was a really nice stay. The hostel is clean, quite and in a great location. The staff are also very friendly, would recommend.
